The Role  We are on the hunt for a dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team and lead us to new heights.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, specifically in the B2C and mobile or gaming industries.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial performance and support business growth.
Your Mission •  Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models from scratch, focusing on forecasting and financial planning.
• Business Partnership: Act as a finance business partner (FBP) to the business, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.
• Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue streams from in-app purchases, in-app ads, and subscriptions to support business decisions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for financial analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including the Board, founders, CEO, COO, and CFO.
• Planning Processes: Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Performance Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance.
• Strategic Insights: Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Team Integration: Participate in the onboarding process for new finance team members, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
What you'll need to succeed • Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, specifically in B2C and mobile and/or gaming industries.
• Revenue Knowledge: Strong understanding of revenue drivers and financial metrics for gaming and/or mobile apps.
• Model Building: Proven experience building detailed bottom-up financial models.
• Revenue Streams: Deep knowledge of revenue sources from in-app purchases, in-app ads, and subscriptions.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
The Interview Process First Meeting: Connect with our people team for a mutual introduction and to see if we're a good fit (30-45 minutes).
Second Meeting: Meet our CFO to discuss your background and experience (45 minutes).
Challenge: Demonstrate your abilities with a focus on data analysis and product execution (1 hour).
Third Meeting: Meet our CEO to discuss your insights from the challenge.
On average, our process takes about 3-4 weeks.
