Freight Forwarder

Our client is looking for a skilled and dependable freight forwarder to join their team and support the smooth operation of their logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the creation, monitoring, and management of freight bookings, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Handle various shipping documents, such as Airway Bills, House Bills of Lading, Seaway Bills, and CMRs, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Manage import/export customs clearance procedures, ensuring all shipments meet regulatory requirements. Provide competitive quotes for customers and review supplier invoices for approval. Perform general administrative duties to ensure the seamless flow of operations. Address and resolve any logistical issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in freight forwarding or a similar logistics role. Familiarity with customs clearance processes is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent time management abilities. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Competency in administrative tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluency in English is essential. Package: Full-time, permanent position.
