Terms: Full-time, permanent, office-based, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 Hrs

A well-established global logistics company based in Dublin 9 now seeks an experienced Freight Sales & Admin Support with freight industry knowledge and fluent English.
The role will comprise day-to-day admin support to managerial and sales personnel.
The position is full-time, on-site and can commence as soon as possible.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in freight sales / operations / admin.Must have a high level of self-organisation and be self-motivated.A good understanding of the freight quotation processes and ability to communicate effectively with worldwide offices.Ability to negotiate with airlines, shipping lines and haulage companies.Good knowledge of current shipping line/airline platforms and booking processes.Knowledge of the CRM process in Wisetech/Cargowise, Thyme IT and MS Outlook is essential.Fluency in English is essential as is the ability to work without visa or work permit restriction.For a confidential discussion on this or any other current opportunity please contact Garvan Cerasi.
