Front of house and Office Administrator required for Immediate start Our client based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a front of house administrator for a 3-to-6-month contract with the view to extension.
The successful candidate will work in a busy administration post with some reception duties during the hours Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm.
This role would really suit someone who may have an interest in an Executive assistant position in a later career.
The role is heavily admin focused with front of house duties and responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to *Answering calls from the switchboard and dealing with accordingly *Providing refreshments for meetings and visitors *Manage the book meeting room system *Looking after requests for senior management such as travel, expenses, updating files and reports.
*Look after post, deliveries and arrange couriers *Order supplies for the office *Organise, manage and attend events *Look after Monthly on site meeting requests such as catering, equipment rental etc *Support the PAs as required with bookings, travel etc *Liase with travel partners for general queries, complaints etc *Assist with the monthly credit card reconciliation and expenses *Ad hoc duties like typing up notes, updating the client database etc The ideal candidate will have *Previous administration experience is a must *Excellent attention to detail *Ability to work under pressure and prioritise your own workload *Ability to work on your own direction *Ability to lead and manage projects and events *Excellent communications skills is a must If you have similar experience and would be available for immediate start, please do send your CV.
