Are you a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for providing top-notch customer service? We are currently seeking a Part-Time Front of House Associate/Receptionist to join our team at our Galway training centre. This role offers flexibility in hours and provides an exciting opportunity to engage with Facilitators, Tutors, Customers, Clients, and Students in a dynamic corporate training environment.

Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist Facilitators, Tutors, Customers, Clients, Students, and Learners with a professional and courteous manner. Facilitate reception and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations of the training center. Preparing Tea and Coffee and light catering duties. Manage telephone inquiries with exceptional telephone etiquette and assist with various administrative tasks. Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support daily operations. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks performed. Knowledge/Qualifications: Professional qualifications in Telephone/Front of House or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good typing skills. Functional Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in written and spoken English. Exceptional telephone skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively. Fast and accurate typing skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Confidence in interacting with clients in a professional manner. Helpful and approachable character with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience: Previous experience in Reception/Front of House roles preferred. Prior customer/client-facing or customer service experience desired. This is a part-time position offering some flexibility with hours, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.
