Job DescriptionBring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our customer.Work with the team to create a culture of managing risk by being commercially astute, whilst creating a welcoming safe, secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.Be a point of contact for customers and visitors, welcoming and advising them in the store, whilst remaining vigilant and aware of any potential risks. Complete tasks to support the Store Manager in enhancing the stock loss culture in store, such as training of the store team, reviewing targeted data, completing risk assessments, taking ownership of the front of house standards, disciplines, and building effective working relationships with external agencies such as the Gardai/police and other security personnel.Identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, report information, and act as a deterrent on the shop floor to any external threats.Ensure Company policies and standards around the store are always adhered to.QualificationsPrevious experience working in a retail environment.Committed to working as part of the store team.Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative.A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.Additional InformationSalary: €38,000 The Rewards: Fantastic Monthly & Quarterly Commercial Bonuses.Company pension scheme.10% group discount for Health Insurance policy.Join the Fearless1000 Incentive Scheme.We offer a wide range of Development Courses with National Qualifications.Group Wide 20% Discount across all Frasers Group brands.Holiday Pay.40% uniform discount.At Frasers Group, we want our leaders to live and breathe our company values.
