TGI Fridays are looking for front of house managers to come on board and shake things up with a serious injection of fun, life, and vibrancy.
The ideal person for the job will have previous restaurant experience, be dedicated to making the guest experience as wonderfully weekend inspired as possible, be flexible regarding working hours as the business operates 7 days a week, as well as being a confident team leader.
Restaurants Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of a specific departments within the restaurant including the selection, development, and performance management of restaurant team members, optimising profits, and increasing sales.
Responsible for supervising scheduled shifts and ensuring Guests receive a Fridays Style dining experience characterised by a fun atmosphere and great tasting food and drinks, prepared, and served safely.
Full training will be given to successful candidates.
