A well-established manufacturing company based close to Watergrasshill in Cork is looking for a skilled and reliable Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Reporting to the Company Accountant, this is a part-time, on-site role requiring 3 or 4 days per week (Negotiable /Flexible) Main Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions.
Assisting with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
Supporting general ledger accounting and ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date.
Helping with various financial tasks as needed to support the accounts team.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an account's role is essential.
A good grasp of accounting software and strong Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
A self-starter who can work well on their own and as part of a team.
