Our client, based in Ringaskiddy, is looking for an experienced Facilities Environmental Health and Safety FEHS Supervisor to ensure compliance with facilities, environmental, and health & safety regulations.
You'll oversee maintenance, site services, and drive process improvements while supporting cost reduction and best practices.
This FEHS job has come about due to growth and expansion, and is a newly created FEHS job.
You will be joining a multinational company who support their staff and encourage progression and personal development.
Key Responsibilities: Facilities: Maintain buildings, plant, and infrastructure.
Manage personnel, budgets, and contractors.
Oversee utilities, security, and site projects.
Lead cost-saving initiatives (e.g., energy efficiency).
EHS: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
Implement EHS programs and train employees.
Coordinate audits, permits, and risk assessments.
Manage waste streams and liaise with authorities.
Additional Info: Must live near the site (Ringaskiddy) for emergencies.
Strong communication and leadership skills required.
Authority to stop unsafe practices.
Requirements: Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or similar.
Health & Safety qualification is essential.
5+ years in facilities/EHS within manufacturing/engineering.
