As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring product quality and bridging the gap between customers and production teams.
What You'll Do: Apply engineering principles to ensure products and processes meet stringent quality standards.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making, and optimize processes.
Conduct detailed batch reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate has a Level 8 Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and demonstrates the following skills and attributes: Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of complex production processes.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Data Analysis: Proficient in interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting insights.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to spotting and resolving issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Decision-Making: Confident and logical in making timely engineering decisions.
