Manage Buying Strategy: Prepare and maintain the company's Open to Buy position and price lists for full-price, promotional, and sale items, all while keeping a close eye on margins.
Efficient Stock Management: Upload price files to host stores and standalone shops.
Effectively manage terminal stock, minimising markdowns and maximising sales opportunities.
Analyse & Improve: Review post-season performance to identify key learnings.
Monitor sales trends and performance by category and sub-category to inform future buys.
Drive Sales: Ensure best-sellers are always in stock with smart allocation and stock pattern management.
Implement strategic stock transfers to maintain performance across all branches.
Reporting & Communication: Present data-driven insights during weekly trade meetings to keep the team aligned and informed.
Supplier Coordination: Set up orders, monitor delivery schedules, and manage supplier balances to ensure seamless operations.
