Your Role as a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant In this senior-level role, you'll: Strategically source, engage, and place top talent in the temporary job market using advanced tools and platforms, including our internal database, LinkedIn, and job boards.
Drive business development and foster new client relationships, ensuring a strong pipeline and sustained growth.
Manage and expand key client accounts, providing consultative guidance and cross-selling FRS Recruitment's services.
