Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving any delays or budgetary issues.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
Oversee site documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and compliance records.
Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise disruptions to the project schedule.
Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring all work meets client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management, with a strong preference for commercial or residential project experience.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of Irish construction standards, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
