We are currently seeking to hire into our Business Transformation Customer Team at Senior Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities Strong understanding of core business operations gained through involvement/ delivery of projects across areas such as strategy, operating model design, customer experience design, lean process improvement, organisational design and transformation design and deliveryUnderstand EY's service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients across our range of servicesUtilise your skills in the areas of structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to help our clients drive profitability and performance improvement through their business operationsIdentify areas for process improvement across existing ways of working be it system, process, or people changesEffectively analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processesManage people and project teams & engage directly with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including the facilitation of client interviews, workshops, and project governance sessions.Be involved in projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project execution and close-out.Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writingHelp identify problems, opportunities and ideate methods for improving existing business processes and workflowsHelping to shape creative and innovative solutions to address client issuesCommunicating effectively with the EY engagement team, the client and internal and external stakeholders, as requiredDemonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others, effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage client expectations, deliver quality projectsWorking confidently with clients, to support building 'trusted advisor' relationshipsStay abreast of latest Financial Service industry trends to drive innovationTo qualify for the role, you must have Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within financial services / technology organisationsMinimum of 8-10 years in delivering transformation programmes in Financial InstitutesStrong verbal and written communication, with experience in presenting to key senior stakeholdersUnderstanding of trends and implications on the Financial Services industryBe professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertiseIdeally, you will also have Strong numeric analysis, presentation, Process Mapping, and requirement-gathering skillsProven analytic and workshop facilitation skillsExperience in applying best practice Business and Process Analysis techniquesProven experience in developing structured presentations using PowerPoint and analytic skills using ExcelProven track record of leading teamsLean six sigma and/or BCS training/certification an advantageProject Management and/or Agile certification is an advantageWhat we look for Someone who enjoys working as part of community which values integrity, respect, teaming, inclusiveness and building high performing teamsSomeone with energy, enthusiasm and courage who enjoys solving complex problems and variety in their day-to-day working lifeSomeone who is passionate about reaching their full potential and excelling in their careerWhat working at EY offers We offer a competitive remuneration package.
