The role will focus on all aspects of Financial Services Regulatory, advising a diverse range of regulated clients across various sectors including banking, MiFID, PSD2, Solvency II, IDD, and FinTech. The successful candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of FS Regulatory, including inspections, investigations, and enforcement.
Candidates at Associate (2PQE+), Senior Associate, and Of Counsel level will be considered.
