We are currently recruiting for a Barista for Arthur Cox in Arthur CoxLocation: Arthur CoxRate of pay: €14.00 per hourWorking pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday only, No weekennds or bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Making different types of coffees in a fast paced environmentProvide an exceptional customer experienceStrong knowledge of drinks Strong knowledge of both the drinks menu and food menuExperience with till workFlexibility and a hands-on attitudeKeeping the bar area cleanBeing an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicatorMaintaining stock of clean mugs Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniquesCheck if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needsSupporting the Restaurant during peak meal periodsComplying with Food Handling & Hygiene standardsComplying with Health & Safety regulations Our ideal Barista will: Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationshipsHave previous experience in customer serviceStrive for excellence in an eager and motivated mannerTake initiative and make decisions that are right for our customersHave Hands-on experience with brewing equipmentPossess the ability to work under pressureDemonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability What's in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
