Full Time Childcare Assistant

Jolly Juniors Montessori & After School Club is a small family run service based in Dublin 13, established in 2008.

We are looking for an early years educator to work in our pre school & after school club.This is a full time position starting in September 2024, 36 – 38 hours per week including non contact time. Hourly rate of €16.50 per hour.

We provide a place where children can learn, grow and thrive in a safe and caring environment.

The roles and responsibilities of this role include;

– Planning the daily/weekly activities for the children in your care including artwork and other activities.

– Assist learning and development of all children.

– Maintaining child records and carrying out observations.

– Supporting the development of a quality based pre-school curriculum.

– Assisting after school going children with homework and engaging in fun activities throughout the afternoon.

Required for this role:

– Minimum FETAC Level 5 in Childcare

– First aid desired but not essential

– Ability to work as part of a team

– Good communication skills

– Be able to work on own initiative

– Garda Vetting
