Fulltime Phn Or Community Rgn For Hse Homeless Service In Limerick City

? Homeless services in Limerick 6 months period Mon – Fri basis from 9am to 5pm To provide a service to homeless clients living in homeless hostels in the Limerick city area.
Role will include dressings, supporting our GP in his clinics as well as aspects of health promotion.
Work as part of a MDT and have support from a Team leader as well as a ADPHN
