Fund Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Our client is looking to add a highly motivated Fund Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager to join a dedicated team focused on providing a quality service to its clients. The successful applicant will receive a broad range of experience in the administration of regulated private equity companies. Full training will be provided.
Reporting to the Fund Accounting Manager, the successful person will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of private equity funds including:
Preparation and review of monthly net asset valuationsPreparation of year-end and semi-annual financial statementsInvestment reporting and dealing with investment manager, custodian, auditors, and regulatorsShareholder services (issuing notices, monthly statements, etc.)Preparation of legal, tax, and regulatory returnsAssist in ad hoc projects in the area of fund administrationMaintain and enhance ISAE 3402Manage year-end auditEssential Requirements Previous experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting role essential (2+ years)Investran experience preferableBusiness related third level qualificationAccountancy qualification - ACA or ACCA (part-qualified or interested in undertaking this qualification)On offer: Excellent long-term stability in the firmWell-rounded experienceExcellent package
