Fund Accounting Supervisor

Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Fund Accountant with a background in private equity or private debt funds to join their Dublin team as a Fund Accounting Supervisor. This role is integral to managing the fund accounting processes and ensuring a high quality service to their clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Investor Allocations: Prepare investor allocations for each NAV period.Client Deliverables: Ensure NAV and all other client deliverables are completed accurately and in a timely manner, following the relevant approved procedures.Fund Structures: Gain a comprehensive understanding of offshore and onshore fund structures for closed-ended funds.Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and the annual audit.Fund Coverage: Provide the ability to cover all funds within the team when required.Client Communication: Serve as the operational contact for a range of clients, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.Team Communication: Maintain open, accurate, and timely communication with all colleagues.Mentoring: Work with the Manager to mentor and train more junior colleagues, providing guidance on complex fund accounting tasks, fostering professional development and ensuring adherence to best practice and company standards.Ad hoc projects: Work on various projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.About you - Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Requirements 3 to 5 years of fund accounting experience with Alternatives, Private Equity, or Private Debt Funds.Preferably experienced with eFront (or similar systems such as Geneva or Investran).Strong understanding of loan/debt products, private equity structures and waterfall calculations.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Stamp 4/European Passport.This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with strong values and great benefits on offer.
