We are looking for financial associates / administrators with a demonstrable process improvement mindset to join our team. Your ability to adapt to changing environments would be crucial. This job will include, amongst other responsibilities, client services, reconciliation, and process improvement.
Your team: Clearstream Fund Centre is a fast-growing business unit within Clearstream/Deutsche Börse and manages legal, administrative, and financial relationships with external fund provider companies on behalf of the fund platform for B2B business partners.
You will be working in the Fund Distribution Support Services team, which is part of the Platform Operations section within Clearstream Fund Centre AG, and you will report directly to the Head of Fund Distribution Operations in Cork, Ireland.
With teams already in Zurich and Singapore, Platform Operations focuses on the management of day-to-day queries, onboarding of new business partners and funds to the platform, the billing for services provided, including reconciliation of fee receivables, and the management of accounting-related tasks attached to the business.
The compilation of analyses for both Business Partners and the Management of Fund Centre is also part of the duties of Platform Operations.
Your role: As an Operations Associate within Fund Distribution Support Services, you will help to form a strong team with expertise in the fields of client services and fee management from a fund distribution business perspective.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, supporting the existing Operations/Client Service teams in:
Quick and satisfactory resolution of queriesOnboarding new customers and funds to the platform universeLiaising with vendors on data maintenance topicsAssisting with the development and implementation of client-centric projectsQuarterly service fee collection including monitoring, reconciliation, and chasingQuarterly trailer fee collection including monitoring, reconciliation, and chasingYour skills and expertise: 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in the investment fund business sectorMaster's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or similar. Previous work experience will also be considered in lieu of a degreeConscientious, resilient, organised, decisiveDemonstrable problem-solving skillsA collaborative approach to workAble to deliver accurate, high-quality work while adhering to deadlines and targetsExcellent client and service orientationGood knowledge of MS365 applications. Working knowledge of the MS Power platform would be a benefitExcellent command of English, written and spoken. Additional languages will be considered a plus
