Funds Company Secretary

Weve been instructed by our Client, a Top Tier Law Firm in Dublin, to hire a Company Secretary with 2-3 years experience within a Funds environment.
This role will be a blended hybrid role meaning work from home and in the office will be accommodated.

WFH, Pension, Healthcare, Income Protection, Life Assurance, Serious Illness Cover The Role: Arrange and attend all directors and shareholders meetings Preparation of minutes, resolutions and associated documentation Maintain and update statutory records and client database Making statutory filings Arrange for notarising and legalisation of documents Liaise with Companies Registration Offices and various other parties Use of the CBI ONR system Additional duties as assigned The Candidate: Qualified or part-qualified ICSA Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to work on your own initiative as required and also as part of a team.
