About the Role Base Location: Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Thatcham, Belfast or Dublin.
Salary: £28,072 - £32,605 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Part Time (30 hours) | Flexible First options available As we accelerate our Net Zero journey, we are expanding our apprenticeship and trainee engineer programmes to meet the demands of the future.
This 12 month fixed term contract is central to supporting that growth, ensuring our programmes are purpose driven and align with the needs of our apprentices and the wider business.
As Future Skills Team Co-ordinator, you'll be at the heart of delivering effective apprenticeship and trainee engineer programmes by supporting all related activities across the business.
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Performance & Quality Manager, you'll help ensure consistent delivery and coordinate key programme workstreams, ultimately enabling successful outcomes for both learners and the business.
The main responsibilities of the role include: - Supporting the review and monitoring of apprenticeship and trainee engineer programmes, ensuring appropriate tools are in place to measure their impact.
- Undertaking scheduling and planning activities to ensure that learning journeys are adequately planned and recorded.
- Providing support and guidance to business stakeholders and learners to meet both learner and business needs.
- Organising and managing programme schedules, events, and workshops, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment across business areas.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of large-scale events such as induction programmes and awards nominations.
What do I need?
We're looking for someone with a passion for education and development, who can bring a structured approach to managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
You should also have: - Proven experience in programme coordination, ideally within a training or educational setting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.
- Experience using data and reporting tools to support decision-making and improve programme outcomes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of working in an agile environment and managing your own workload.
