Team/Role Overview Citi Futures and OTC Clearing Technology supports a rapidly growing business that uses technological innovation to maintain competitive advantage in a constantly evolving market. Working closely with the business, external vendors, and internal technology teams, you would manage complex projects that will involve everything from incorporating a new functionality within the existing ecosystem, to analyzing new requirements, documenting solutions, managing implementation, and testing systems, ensuring that they are fit for purpose.
What you'll do Work closely with key business SMEs to develop an in-depth understanding of their critical data and reporting needs and business impact of existing data quality and data integrity issues at granular level.Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring mutual understanding.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for the development team.Work with development teams to design, develop and implement technology solutions that align with business needs. Ensure that solutions meet both business and technical requirements and support testing and validation of these solutions.Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities. Maintain Book of Work and facilitate prioritization discussions with key business stakeholders.Identify potential risks in projects or technology solutions and collaborate with teams to mitigate this risk. Appropriately assess the risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation.Responsible for business analysis, owning business/functional requirements/change requests and participating in end-to-end project delivery.What we'll need from you Bachelor's degree/University degree in Business Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of business and functional analysis, managing stakeholders and development teams on business/technical acumen and implementation solutions aligned with project objectives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management.Strong negotiation skills to balance and prioritize multiple projects.Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and large global teams and lead multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.Experienced in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel etc.) and passion in data analysis.Preferred Skills Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Data analysis tools.
