ADI's Multi Market Power Business Unit is looking for innovative individuals with engineering background to join our test development team in our Limerick location. Job role as a Test Engineer includes designing and developing high performance test solutions on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for silicon validation, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing for power products such as DC-DC Converters, Temperature Sensors, Digital Power Solutions, GaN Drivers, and Protection Devices.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Designing test circuits and high accuracy test solutions Developing algorithms and computer programs for automated test systems Designing experiments and analyzing data Applying concepts and principles of circuit theory and design necessary to deliver next-generation integrated circuits (ICs) Collaborating with technical experts from cross-functional engineering teams Continuous learning in a team environment Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field Basic programming and component-level circuit design and debugging skills Sound understanding of fundamental electronic devices/circuit theory Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes Possesses good English communication skills, written and verbal Willing to travel abroad for advanced training (as required) Thrives in a global, multi-functional team environment Self-motivated to plan, organize, and prioritize assigned activities Exhibits good interpersonal skills #LI-CO1
