General Foreman- Developer

My client is a leading Developer who has a large pipeline of Projects in West and South Dublin. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced General Foreman to join their team on a Project in West Dublin.
The General Foreman is responsible for managing day-to-day activities on-site throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:Overall management of the subcontractors onsiteWork closely with and report to Project Manager and Senior ManagementResponsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality, and safety standards.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good building practice. Check and understand all drawings and specifications.Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner.Assist with management of all aspects of Health & Safety and Quality on site, ensuring compliance with the Company's Quality and Safety Management Systems including management of subcontractors and plant and induction procedures.Supervise subcontractors in an efficient manner.Guarantee delivery of project is achieved in an appropriate and sufficient manner.Requirements:Qualified Tradesperson or a Construction qualification with a proven track record for delivering logistically challenging projects.Ability to prioritise workload, excellent time management, and managerial skills.Ability to work on own initiative.Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment.Ability to coordinate a number of varied projects.7+ years working in a similar role.If you are interested in applying for this role, click the link below or contact Mark Barrett on 0858666089 or ******
