Role Introduction:Doddl is embarking on an exciting growth and transformation phase and is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator for their General Insurance Team providing high level service and administration to existing and new business clients.Work location: Clonmel or Dublin OfficeKey Responsibilities:As the Doddl business continues to evolve, so too will the responsibilities of this role evolve and change over time.
The primary responsibilities and focus areas for this role will include the following:Providing high level service & administration to existing and new clientsDealing with clients & insurers in relation to General InsuranceAdministrating/Processing new business and managing the pipelineWorking & liaising closely with our insurance partnersEngaging in continuous improvement of the company's services and procedures and complying with regulationsRequirements:Minimum level of Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP)4+ years General Insurance experience in a busy administration rolePrevious exposure to a sales environmentAn excellent self-starter with the ability to own and drive their work independently while collaborating effectively where required internally.A positive can-do attitude and someone who can bring innovative solutions to the table on any challenges that may arise.A strong work ethic and highly committed individual with a proven track record of delivering successfully to deadlinesIT Proficiency and strong numerical skillsA team player, with excellent communication skills
