This luxury property is ideal for the longer staying guest, and consists of 49 contemporary studio, one and two bedroom suites with fitted kitchens, blissful bedrooms and stylish bathrooms and has a superb location next to the RDS and the Aviva Stadium.

There are 40 comfortable, fully furnished suites with the option of one, two or three bedrooms.
This role is most important as it ensures the rooms and lobbies are cleaned and maintained to the highest of standards in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  Your New Role The successful candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and trustworthy and posses the initiative required to multi-task in this busy environment.
  Duties will include:  Reporting into the Senior Maintenance Assistant you will provide General Maintenance across all properties and its grounds General duties will include Painting , Basic plumbing / Electrical.
To notify the Senior Maintenance Assistant should a maintenance problem require further attention Ensure that a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors is maintained; Ensuring that all maintenance queries and complaints are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensuring that our guest facilities and public areas are maintained and kept clean and tidy .
About The Role The ideal candidate will have: At least 1 years' previous experience in a hotel's maintenance department.
Must have permission to work and be available to work up to 40 hours per week.
Previous experience of working in a standards-driven environment.
Basic knowledge and understanding of maintenance trade would be essential.
A creative and solutions-focused approach when problem-solving.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to use business English verbally and through email correspondence is essential.
Skill in the use of related tools (including hand & electrical tools) Current Safe Pass would be beneficial.
