We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our Client at their fantastic Multi-site Restaurant business in Co Tipperary. The ideal candidate must come from a very strong restaurant / Hotel background with a proven track record in a similar role. This candidate must be customer focused, driven and willing to work as part of the team to deliver an excellent level of service. This is primarily a day time role, Current working week ends at 6:30pm. Seasonal hour changes depending on the business' level of needs. Role Requirements: Managing the food & beverage operation across all units. Strong interpersonal management skills required for this role. Excellent attention to detail required. Very hands on role when carrying out duties and responsibilities. Responsible for the upkeep of an excellent standard across all sites. Managing the current team in place. Managing stock levels. Organising rosters for the team. Working five over seven days. Candidate Requirements: Understanding the current market trends for new concepts in the sector. Managing the day to day operation. Proven strengths in operational management background in successful restaurants / Bars. Strong delegation required for when this operation is busy. Very Customer focused and enjoys this aspect of the job. Excellent attention to detail required. Energetic and forward thinking candidate who can add creativity to the operation.
