Job Summary: The General Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, direction, and management of the engineering team, driving the company's technical vision, innovation, and project success. This role involves overseeing business development, project management, and the achievement of business objectives.

Our in-house team of experts enables us to offer our clients a diverse range of services. The advantage for our clients of having all services in one company is the cost savings and simplicity of one point of contact. We have offices in Galway and Dublin and carry out work all over the country. Our aim is to support the Lead Architect in a timely manner.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit a General Manager to join our Galway Office.
Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the team, aligning activities with overall business goals. Develop and implement the long-term engineering strategy, ensuring scalability and technological advancement. Collaborate with senior management to define company strategy, initiatives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve technical challenges. Work closely with product managers, operations, and other departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Management; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Experience : 10+ years of operations management experience with at least 5 years in a General Manager role. Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and large-scale projects.
