General Manager

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for Airbnb.
Location: Airbnb
Rate of pay: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of restaurant and events and ensure high level of standards always.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Continuously strive to improve client and customer experience.
Ensure budgets are managed in line with the client's requirements, monthly forecasting, and take actions where necessary.
Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure smooth running of the site and work jointly on menu planning.
Development and upkeep of SOPs.
The Ideal Candidate: 5+ years experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
