The ideal candidate will be a talented team leader with experience managing and motivating large teams to their best performance.
Key responsibilities will include: Manage and develop the team through active training, mentoring and performance management.
Maintain consistent levels of superior customer service, developing SOPs where required and ensuring follow through.
Maintain effective communications throughout restaurant team.
Monitor budget through effective cost management and profit maximisation, implementing strategies and goals where required to grow business Manage customer relations, ensuring a quality customer experience and efficiently dealing with any issues that arise Actively contribute to marketing activities / strategies, keeping abreast of current trends in the industry Candidate requirements: 5-10 years experience as Restaurant Manager / General Manager within quality dining establishments Excellent leadership and motivational skills Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven budget management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Keen interest in and knowledge of industry trends Excellent benefits on offer including bonus, pension, employee discounts and parking to name just a few.
