General Manager - Ireland

We are working with a significant player in the Irish protected produce industry.
Their success and business acumen has made them a highly respected supplier and employer within their sector and they now seek a driven General Manager to join their team.
You will be living south of the vibrant city of Dublin, with the stunning seaside villages and Irish countryside in all directions.
You will support the MD to ensure the smooth day to day running of a modern glasshouse production unit in all key aspects of crop production.
You will be experienced of managing budgets and detail crop planning.
You will be a strong leader with excellent attention to detail.
A good working knowledge of Lean manufacturing processes as well as retail-specific GAP standards will be of distinct advantage.
