Location: Arthur Cox Rate of pay: €65,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of serviceManage and train staff, fostering a positive work environmentStrong leadership and managerial skillsContinuously strive to improve customer experienceEnhance the profit and growth of the business by providing strategic leadershipEnsure all budgets are managed in line with the client's requirements, monthly forecasting, and take actions where necessaryWork closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running food operation/menu planningDevelopment and upkeep of SOPsReceive and respond to all client and customer feedbackDevelop processes for operational excellenceOwnership and implementation of H&S policies and proceduresStrong understanding of event operations, hospitality standards, and customer service principlesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsHands-on, proactive, motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work calmly under pressure and meet multiple deadlinesManage a team of Chefs, Baristas, and Catering Assistants to deliver exceptional serviceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and improve servicesDevelop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective event executionFoster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with all safety and security protocols, as well as local health and sanitation regulationsProven track record of success in managing events and leading high-performing teamsWhat's in it for you?
