Supply Chain & RetailSC&R is Uniphar's largest division and a leader in the Irish pharmaceutical wholesale, pre-wholesale and retail pharmacy markets.
The division runs, owns or supports through symbol groups more than 400 of Ireland's 1850+ community pharmacies and is primary supplier to another 500.
Acquisitions in this division have been primarily of retail pharmacy chains, some of which have been rebranded to the Uniphar symbol groups of Allcare Pharmacy and Life Pharmacy, others which have retained their original branding, eg Hickey's Pharmacies.
Our Irish business continues to grow steadily and we are looking at opportunities to extend our successful Irish model to other markets.

This rich diversity fuels our business and enriches our culture.Main Duties and Responsibilities The main duties are as follows but this list is not exclusive:• Work in the designated area (as per the specific training)• Pick, pack and despatch of orders to the highest level of accuracy, and within the required target range, Goods In, Stock Prep, etc.• Replenishment of stock to maximise product availability• Correct storage of stock in allocated locations• Ensure utmost accuracy of customer orders• Compliance with Good distribution Practice• Stocktaking• Housekeeping – ensuring a clean and safe work environment.• Complying with Uniphar policies, including the Health & Safety StandardWhilst these are the main areas related to the role, the operative may be required to carry out other activities related to the operational needs of the organization.Competencies, Experience & Skills Required• Team player• Good communication skills• Attention to detail• Customer Focus
