PurposeTo produce excellent results by following standard work, converting work materials into finished goods, continually improving the work environment by, helping the team to achieve the required metrics for the area.
Have a key focus on colleague safety and product quality.Key AccountabilitiesWork with safety of self and others as a priority while completing any tasks.Only carry out tasks that training has been provided for and sit within the team members area of responsibility (e.g., do not operate equipment you are not authorised to use).Manage assigned equipment and machinery to ensure production targets are achieved safely.Identify, rectify, and report line production issues that may affect process performance, product quality or team member health & safety to facilitate further investigation and root cause analysis.
Aim to be part of a high performing team.Pre / during / post daily operations check process equipment as detailed in Autonomous Maintenance SOP's.Collect data to underpin decisions for the allocation of resource within the production stream.Skills & KnowledgeProficient written, numerical and verbal skillsFluency of English language (Oral and Written)Technical Ability to complete required standard work at full line speed.
