General Operative Team Leader Location: Greenogue, Rathcoole - Co. Dublin - Onsite Contract type: Full Time Permanent Competitive Salary + Training and Development + Progression Working hours: 7am-4pm Monday - Thurs 7am-3pm Friday.

The purpose of this role is to manage and assist a team of General Operatives on daily production KPI & tasks whilst ensuring the process lines meet daily targets and process efficiency is maximised.
This role provides further training and development and a direct line of progression into Operations Management.
Primarily centred around Waste Management, this business is expanding rapidly in the fields of Resource Recovery and Circular Economy, ensuring nothing truly goes to waste.
They are leading key UK sustainability projects as they look to recycle more materials ranging from Metals, Plastics and Oil through to Hazardous Waste and identifying ways to utilise these to create clean energy and fully recycled products.
Role Responsibilities: Manage and assist a team of General Operatives on daily production KPI & tasks whilst ensuring the process lines meet daily targets and process efficiency is maximised.
This position has a health & safety focus to it, the successful individual will need to have worked in & be aware of how this impacts daily work.
Ensure all products are produced and dispatched within specification as per customer requirements quality assured whilst maintaining a good clean safe working environment ensuring compliance of associated standards and business licence What We Are Looking For?
Demonstrable experience in an "Operative" environment.
Leadership or Management experience - advantageous.
