What's the role and what are we looking for?
Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday is 08:00 to 15:30.
We are looking for General Operatives at our Century site in Monaghan Town.
As a General Operative you will be trained in several areas on the manufacturing lines within the manufacturing facility working as part of a team to ensure the line runs effectively, providing the correct levels of quality, safety and housekeeping.
You will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of Health and Safety, near miss and safety concern reporting.
You will be operating machinery using touch screen panels and working in a safe manner in accordance with all information, instruction, training and supervision provided.
You will be aware of how to improve the running of the line and actively participate in reviewing and updating processes.
Key Skills; Previous experience working in a factory/ manufacturing process environment.
Ability to read manufacturing drawings Basic understanding of touch screen technology FLT licence holder desirable, however not essential as training can be provided Saw training is also preferred but can be given if the application is successful What do we offer?
