German Account Manager

The Job: As our Account Manager, you will create new relationships from generated leads with small to medium and large-sized businesses within the specific market and show them how they can build brand awareness and increase product sales by using our unique digital marketing advertising solutions and analytics.
Once you are on-board, you will be working with them collaboratively to make sure it makes a significant difference as part of their digital campaigns by teaching them all the tools and features that the platform has to offer!
As an Account Manager you will: Manage a high volume of accounts both new and existing.Retain and grow revenue within your accounts.Gain an understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.Upsell, cross-sell, and activate existing and new accounts.Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals KPIs associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc.Manage a large number of campaigns maintaining relationships with advertisers to ensure they are meeting their objectives.What we look for: Be able to fluently read, write, speak, and comprehend German language.Sales (Client-facing) and Digital Marketing – this will be in the form of Ad tech, Ad campaigns – optimizing, creating, etc.Prove that you worked towards a sales target before.What we offer: Fixed-term Contract (Renewable extension + permanent).Salary: 33k Base + up to 12K-15k Performance bonus.Career Growth and Progression opportunities due to fast growth and expansion.A friendly, unique, and diverse multicultural team that fosters a positive, high-performing, and celebratory team environment.A central office in Dublin, City-Centre with facilities and amenities.Hybrid work.Fully paid training on systems and tools.Paid holidays, sick days, and training sessions.Healthcare from day one.Pension contributions and Share options.
