As a Content Moderator, you will be: Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.Using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.I am looking for these skills in you: Are you familiar with online content?Are you a team player?Do you have an eye / attention for detail?Do you have motivation and ambition?Language skills: Fluent in German (minimum B2 level - C1 or C2 is even better!)Advanced level of English (minimum B2)Location: Dublin 18 - this is an in-office job - shift-based (24/7)
