Role: Hybrid Model – 3 days WFH & 2 days WFO ( 6 months onsite training) Our client is seeking to employ a Customer Service Agent to join their team.

Within the role you will be responsible to support our customers' needs, via a variety of communication channels.Your role will involve providing strong customer service and assisting with communication on a range of projects within the business dealing with NGO's globally, and international medical repatriation situations including implementation of administration processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and administration skills and enjoys a fast paced and varied role.

The Role: Provide high quality support service via phone, chat and email that exceeds all of their client's expectations.Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally and liaising with other departments for support to ensure sufficient response is delivered.
