What does the typical day look like: • Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls
• Following up with property owners and getting commitments
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovative individuals
• Forecast, monitor and analyze results within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue growth and profitability
• Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
• Renegotiate and renew rent of existing antenna contracts
