You must have excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and German, a can-do attitude, and a strong customer service background to be successful in this position. You need to be comfortable using various CRM systems and be ready to work on several tasks at once. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and effectively handle pressured deadlines.
Job Responsibilities Managing customer service & warm lead sales queries from clients on a day-to-day basis.Communicating with clients regarding products and subscription services to support their business and giving clients a good insight into how tailored products can positively impact their business and streamline their processes.Maintain sales-focused relationships with key clients & accounts.Identify, research and contact clients that you believe a business proposition could bring value to their business.Have excellent product knowledge to ensure you can advise and provide support and strategies to assist partners on their business needs.Deliver and present personalised product pitches.Initial point of contact between stakeholders and key partners.Experience 1-2 years experience in a customer service / sales environment from any sector.Results driven and excellent people skills.Fluency in German and English.Target and goal-oriented experience.Tech savvy with an affinity for technology and navigating through different CRM systems.If you are interested in this role, please apply via the link below to get in touch with Marlene Kaiser and Emily Mason.
