German Sales Executive

Day to Day Responsibilities: Communicating with landlords: negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlordsPreparing for calls with landlords: includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sourcesEntering Data: entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.Preparing Proposals: creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.What are we looking for: Fluent in GermanEnthusiastic with a desire to learnSales and negotiation experienceThe ability to work independently while also being a team playerWhat's in for you: Salary: Base 35,000 + commission = €45,000 - €50,000 OTEFull-time, permanent contractHealth and dental insuranceIncreasing holiday entitlementWeekly competitions and prizesFantastic company and team eventsInternational networking opportunitiesIf you are interested in this position or would like to hear more about it, please apply now or send me an email at ******
