German Sales Positions (Dublin, Dusseldorf, Hannover)

Location: Dublin, Dusseldorf, Hannover, Maastricht
What does the typical day look like: Business Development ExecutiveLead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords.Landlord communication: Contacting potential landlords and managing the process from the beginning to the signing of the contract.Contract negotiation: Successful negotiation and signing of contracts.Data maintenance: Maintaining up-to-date information in our customised database software, LiveTrack.Site visits: Visits to potential or already acquired locations, as required.Sales ExecutiveCommunicating with landlords: Negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords.Preparing for calls with landlords: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the Company's database/software system, intranet, and other various sources.Entering Data: Entering data into the Company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.Preparing Proposals: Creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.What are we looking for: Fluent in German.Great attention to detail.Sales and negotiation experience.What does the company offer you: Salary: €35,000 per annum base salary + est. 15k-20k in commission.Location: You pick, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Hannover or Maastricht.Terms: Full-time, permanent contract.Increasing holiday entitlement.Health and dental care.Fantastic company and team events.International networking opportunities.If you are interested in this position or would like to hear more about it, please apply now or send me an email at ******.
