Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sellEngage with customers after contracting to ensure smooth transition and satisfactionEnsure accounts are supported and servicedDrive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accountsConduct issue, opportunity, forecasting and business reviewsMaintain lead and opportunity records, including next actions and follow-up expectationsReview sales pipeline and performanceProduce performance and forecast reportsEngage in discovery, scoping, and pricingGain an understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insightsIdentify and share key insights from the voice of the customerTo thrive in this role, you must… Be able to fluently read, write, speak and comprehend the German and English languageHave worked in a sales role for a year that involves creating relationships with businessesHave experience with Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform (Amazon, Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc)Understand Digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and ROAS.Prove that you worked towards a sales target beforeHave a desire to make businesses more successfulWhy should you apply for this role?
