German-speaking Account Development RepresentativeWorkster is searching for an Account Development Representative with German, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days office per week.
Your Role Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions and pain pointsContact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn with the power of the Google brand behind youExplore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personasCreate lasting and beneficial relationships with Google stakeholdersPresent product value to potential clientsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate solutionsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and enterprise sales teamAdhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIsAchieve established sales goals and objectivesCreate, present and execute campaigns to the market while reporting back on results to internal stakeholdersLearn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and servicesChampion our success stories and share them with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.Your Qualifications Fluent in German C1 (speak, read and write)Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professionalExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTrack record of achieving sales quotasBusiness Development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable)Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experienceCRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and other sales tech stack experience preferred.Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.Experience self-prospecting leads and building your own pipelineThe Offer Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceBe part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialFantastic commissionMulticultural TeamProgressive company culture
