Location: City Centre North, Dublin onsite Salary: €45,000€48,000 Key Responsibilities: Diary and travel management, including booking meetings and coordinating schedules.
Inbox management and correspondence handling.
Preparing and managing court documents, pleadings, and filings.
Liaising with clients, barristers, and court offices.
Managing case files, ensuring all deadlines and filings are met.
Drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents, ensuring alignment with firm standards.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary/PA in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), billing systems, and client database software.
