As the Global Brand Marketing Lead, you will develop the short-, medium-, and long-term brand strategy for a leading category.
The Role: Responsible for creating disruptive brand and new product ideas alongside the Global Brand Director.Responsible for leading the brand development of new products including brand positioning, packaging, and visual branding.Responsible for working with the Head of Development to identify brand opportunities and test and learn approaches for new products.Responsible for working with the insights planner to understand existing and future market dynamics.The Candidate: 10 years plus experience in a brand marketing position, ideally from an FMCG background.A proven record in developing and launching new products to the market.Experienced in turning consumer trends into future products and marketing initiatives.A passion for brand development.
