As a Global Contracts Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to Commercial Operations and Legal management including first drafts, transcription, editing and final assembly of both internal and external documents.
You will support other Contract Management staff in processing contractual documents, including collation of review and approval documentation and submitting for signatures.
You will also assemble information and paperwork necessary to prepare management reports and maintain department files.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support to Commercial Ops and Legal as directed, may include database support, finalization, distribution and filing of contract documents and correspondenceDraft, negotiate and review Confidentiality Agreements and other small legal contracts in accordance with relevant policies and proceduresProvide final approvals and signatures for all client related contracts across all business units and all countriesManage contract's assignment processProvide technical support to Parexel's System UsersRespond to contracts related queries and discrepanciesSupport internal and external auditsAdminister the 'Global Contracts Coordinator' centralized mailboxProcess and maintain information relating to contract documents in relevant databasesMaintain the archiveMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Parexel systems, services, policies and proceduresProvide quality deliverable to agreed deadlinesOrder department equipmentPerform on a permanent basis individually assigned tasks within key areasSkills and Experience required for the role:Undergraduate Degree (Law, Commerce, Business or Science)Contract administration experience within a global Clinical Research OrganisationExperience in dealing with confidentiality requirementsIntermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and databases.Accurate and detail-oriented, with good organizational skillsAbility to work with moderate levels of supervision in fast-paced environment and deal with high volumes and often complex situationsAbility to take ownership of assigned duties, ability to manage multiple tasksClient and customer service focused approach to workHigh discipline with a "deliver on time" attitudeExcellent communication skills (English, both written and verbal) including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationKnowledge of an additional language (especially Spanish or German) would be an assetLocation: 1 Kilmainham Square, Inchicore Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 8Hours: 37.5 per weekSalary: €34,000.00 per annum
